L’Oréal - Global Product Marketing & Innovation (B2B2C)
Within L’Oréal’s Professional Products Division, I worked across both Redken and Biolage, supporting global product innovation, go-to-market strategy, and brand evolution in the professional salon channel.
At Redken, I contributed to the growth of Shades EQ, the industry’s leading professional hair color franchise, supporting new innovations such as Shades EQ Shine Bombs and leading salon beta activations designed to drive adoption and service growth. Through close partnership with stylists and salon owners, these initiatives contributed to record performance, with select services increasing by up to 20% month over month.
At Biolage, L’Oréal’s sustainability-driven professional brand, I stepped into a global role supporting product development and brand evolution. I managed three major product launches from concept through shelf, collaborating with international markets — from India to Italy — to adapt global toolkits for local relevance. I also supported a global brand relaunch, embedding sustainability into positioning, packaging, and storytelling to meet the expectations of a new generation of consumers.
This work required operating within complex, matrixed organizations while balancing innovation, execution, and cultural nuance across markets.
Shmoody - Product, Content & Program Strategy for Digital Wellness
At Shmoody, a subscription-based mental health app with over 1 million users, I built and launched the coaching and wellness vertical.
Partnering closely with the founders, I shaped strategy and designed scalable offerings - including digital programs, guided content & live workshops. These initiatives expanded the platform beyond daily mood tools, deepened user engagement, and supported subscription growth and retention by helping users build healthier habits and sustainable wellbeing practices.
This role sat at the intersection of product strategy, content development, and human behavior — translating insight into experiences that could scale.
Little Words Project - Leadership, Culture & Brand Experience Strategy
Little Words Project initially engaged me to co-lead a customer-facing influencer workshop in 2022. What began as a single engagement evolved into a three-year partnership focused on strengthening both internal teams and the broader customer community.
Over that time, I designed and facilitated leadership workshops for HQ and retail teams, onboarding and training programs for retail staff, and wellness retreats with 100+ participants. Alongside group work, I coached employees 1:1 on leadership and communication, while partnering with executives to embed performance and wellbeing initiatives into company culture.
This collaboration supported the brand’s mission of spreading kindness and encouragement ensuring those values were experienced not only by customers, but by employees across the organization.
I partner with consumer and tech-enabled brands during moments of growth, transition, and repositioning — drawing on experience from global brand marketing and senior leadership roles.
