I started practicing yoga when I was 17, after a back injury took me out of ballet. I began with ten minutes of stretching every day, nothing fancy, just trying to feel like myself again. Yoga slowly became my favorite way to move.
Years later, I’ve taught more classes than I can count. But the thing I’m most proud of isn’t the poses or the teaching hours, it’s the people who tell me they’d never done yoga until they tried my classes… and now they practice almost every day.
Helping someone go from “I don’t think I can do this” to “I actually love this” is the heart of Yoga Wherever Forever. That’s why I teach the way I do: simple, grounding, and made for people who just want to feel better in their bodies.
