This 45 minute flow is so fun - it’s challenging, it has funky postures and tests your limits.
Your mind may want to take a break at some point during this class - really be intentional about checking with your body and finding your own edge. Sometimes a break is really needed, and sometimes we get to tell our brains “okay, thank you for trying to keep me safe, I’m going to keep going a little bit more even if it feels a little bit uncomfortable.”
