Before I stepped fully into coaching, I spent 7 years in Product Development and Global Marketing at L’Oréal, where I honed my skills in taking ideas from concept to completion. This experience gave me a deep understanding of the creative process, how to manage moving pieces, and the persistence it takes to bring visions to life. Combining this with my certification as a coach, I bring a unique blend of structure, intuition, and insight into my coaching work.
