This Week’s New Flow + Post Movement Journal Prompts

This week’s class is designed for moments when creativity feels stagnant or you’re unsure of your next step. Move gently, reconnect with your body, and explore reflective prompts to invite clarity without force.

In yoga philosophy, Pratyahara is the practice of withdrawing from distractions so you can reconnect with yourself. It doesn’t mean shutting out the world completely—it simply means giving your senses a rest so your inner voice can come forward.

When we turn inward in this way, we give our nervous system permission to calm down. Stress hormones decrease, our breath deepens, and the body feels safe. From that place of ease, the mind naturally becomes more open to creativity and fresh solutions.

This flow is designed to guide you into that quiet, spacious place—so your answers and ideas can arrive without force.

Post movement journal prompts:

  • What challenge am I holding right now?

  • What whispers of a solution came through?

  • What’s one small step I can take?

  • Who/what can support me?

  • Can I allow myself to pause if clarity isn’t here yet?
