Over the last few months, I found myself searching for meditations that could meet me right where I was—uncomfortable, in transition, in a bit of a fog—and kept coming up short.
I wasn’t looking to boost productivity or manifest a million things. I just wanted a space to land. Something gentle. No pressure. No fixing.
Yoga gives me that feeling—especially solo practice—but I can’t unroll a mat every time I’m folding laundry or getting ready in the morning.
That’s when I realized: in these in-between moments, I was always filling the space with podcasts. Sometimes helpful, sometimes pure distraction—but rarely time spent connecting inward.
I needed meditations that grounded me without adding to my to-do list. And then it clicked—these are the kinds of meditations I guide my clients through all the time. So why not record them?
